The fastest way to reach us is email. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours.
What to include
To help us help you faster, please include as much of the following as applies:
- For a bug report: which tool you were using (Compress, Merge, Split, Image → PDF, or PDF → Image), your browser and version, your device/OS, and what happened versus what you expected. Please do not attach the problem file unless you're comfortable sharing it — remember, we never see your files automatically.
- For a feature request: what you're trying to accomplish and how the feature would help.
- For general feedback: anything you like! Praise, criticism, and ideas are all welcome.

Privacy reminder. Because our tools run entirely in your browser, we have no access to the files you process and cannot retrieve, recover, or troubleshoot a specific document on our end. If you email us a file, you are sharing it with us voluntarily.
